I take your fitness and health goals seriously. I understand that losing weight, gaining muscle and making healthy lifestyle changes can be challenging, and my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. I firmly believe in a holistic approach to create lasting change - movement, nutrition and mind set. I will analyze your body type, composition, BMI, and metabolism, and work with you to create your individualized fitness plan.

With years of success, education and experience as a personal trainer and holistic health coach, I am capable of analyzing your body and creating an individualized fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Each plan is unique, just like you, and may include nutritional advice, additional individual training plans and even small group training. Together we will work to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.

I understand that adapting new fitness and lifestyle habits can be difficult and often fails. My goal as your personal trainer and coach is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your daily lifestyle.  Steeds als ik terug wilde beginnen sporten ging er iets mis. Ik ging van de ene naar de andere blessure. Maar sinds ik begonnen ben bij Coach Courtney heb ik eindelijk het gevoel dat ik verantwoord bezig ben! Elke week voel ik mijn lichaam sterker worden. En gaat het een keertje wat minder, dan wordt de training direct aangepast. Het tegenovergestelde is ook het geval: voel ik me fit en in orde, dan motiveert ze me om mijn grenzen te verleggen. Heerlijk! 


Every time I wanted to start exercising again something went wrong. I went from one injury to another. But since I started working with Coach Courtney, I finally feel that I am being responsible! Every week I feel my body become stronger. And if things go less well, the training will immediately be adjusted. The opposite is also the case: I feel fit and in order, then she motivates me to push my limits. Delicious!
